License key & activation
After your purchase you receive your license key by email. To activate: open the app → paste the key → “Activate”. Your license is valid for one Mac.
Didn't receive your key?
The key is sent automatically within a few minutes of purchase (sender: [email protected]). Please also check your spam/junk folder. If nothing arrives within 30 minutes, contact us with your PayPal order ID – we'll resend it right away.
Download & installation
Download StreamWriter Studio from the download page. Open the DMG and drag the app into your Applications folder. On first launch, if needed, right-click → “Open”. Requires macOS 14.6, Apple Silicon (M1+) or Intel.
Activate on a new Mac
Your license is valid for one Mac. If you switch computers, we're happy to reset the activation for you – just contact us with your license key.
